Property Management Repairs and Inspection Officer

Based in our Coventry office, you will be joining our successful Lettings and Property Management Team.

Your main duties will be:

1. To deal with managed property repair and maintenance enquiries, arrange   satisfactory completion of works and liaise with contractors, landlord clients and tenants.
2. To conduct periodic property inspections and report thereon.
3. To assist with the effective management of both the residential and commercial portfolio and residential block management.

It is a primary requirement of this role that you are a vehicle owner and driver. You will be expected to use your own vehicle for work, for which you will be paid business mileage.

A local knowledge of Coventry is desirable as is some prior property management experience.
