Busy busy busy

Loveitts Estate Agents are reporting a great first half of 2012, with all front line staff busy as bees!!

Residential properties across all 4 of their branches, are letting and selling well, proving that there is certainly movement in the property market.

Sales of property are certainly more difficult at the moment, with fewer buyers around.  However, there are definitely buyers out there and sales of property are certainly on the up!

The regions letting departments are also reporting a very positive market place, with the main Coventry branch being in undated with applications to rent properties within the Coventry and Warwickshire area.
