Want to book a viewing?
Following government guidance, we are now offering viewings
by appointment only on particular properties. If you would like to book a
viewing, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable time and day for you
to view the property.
We kindly request you watch the video tours, if available,
prior to booking a physical viewing as viewing slots will be limited.
How do you register for the Legal Pack?
Loveitts Auction House offer unlimited access to legal packs
for free via Auction Passport. You can register for a legal pack on our website
by simply clicking on the property you are interested in and looking on the
right-hand side of the screen (you will need an Auction Passport Account)
Once you have registered, you will be notified when
documents are uploaded. Please note that the sellers solicitors mange the legal
packs.
