COVID-19 Update

Loveitts latest auction reached new heights achieving a 95% success rate with just one property left to sell.

The tone for the night was set from the off with the sale of the first lot – a property in Cannon Close, Earlsdon which sold for £396,000 on a guide price of £300,000 - £350,000 and that was just the beginning.

However, it was the sale of Loveitts highest ever value lot to feature in one of their auctions - the land with planning on Warwick Street, Earlsdon which had a guide price of £1.2m - £1.3m. Whilst this did not sell under the hammer, a sale was agreed under Auction Conditions immediately afterwards.

And the excitement was not to stop there. The night finished as it began with a bidding frenzy on a property in Arbury Avenue, Foleshill which sold for £91,500 substantially beating the guide price of £60,000 - £70,000.

The one remaining property left to sell situated in Radford can be found on and is available to buy now.

Sally Smith, Loveitts Director and Auctioneer commented: “It was a great night. The atmosphere was buzzing from start to finish and the fact that we were able to sell our highest ever value lot was just brilliant and demonstrates ever increasing confidence in property auctions as a route to market.

“Our auctions are consistently gaining pace and attracting high levels of interest together with a diverse range of land and properties. Also having now joined forces with Auction House we see this only increasing further reinforcing our market leading position.”

Preparations are already underway for the next auction on the 17th May which will again take place at the Village Urban Resort Hotel, Dolomite Avenue, Canley, Coventry, West Midlands, CV4 9GZ. There are a number of exciting properties in the line-up so far with many more expected.
