Upon instructions from Coventry City Council, Loveitts Commercial have been invited to offer Tudor House, 14 & 15 Spon Street, to let on a new lease at an asking rental of £17,000 per annum exclusive. 

This imposing Grade II listed Tudor building, which occupies a prominent city centre position within Spon Street Conservation Area, benefits from a wealth of period features, in particular the two timber-framed jetties.
