LOVEITTS COMMERCIAL would like to wish Band Hatton Button every success in their fantastic new offices at Earlsdon Park, the Butts in Coventry.
John Pugh, Head of the Commercial Department at Loveitts and recently appointed Managing Director, acted for Band Hatton Button in negotiating the lease on the new offices which have been fitted out to a superb standard and with the additional benefit of excellent on site parking.
John Pugh commented ‘at a time when many professional practices are relocating to business park addresses on the outskirts of the city (which are often difficult to access) it was very important to Band Hatton Button to retain a near city centre presence which is something Loveitts were able to achieve by securing their new Earlsdon Park address which is particularly convenient for clients both old and new’.
The move heralds a new era for Band Hatton Button which has grown its workforce from 62 to 82 since forming in 2013 as a result of a merger between Varley Hibbs, Button Legal and Band Hatton. Their recent move from offices of 7500 ft² at Warwick Road to their new offices of 11,500 ft² at Earlsdon Park is part of the practice’s long term plans to grow the business further, both organically and through acquisitions.
Other quality tenant occupiers at Earlsdon Park include ofqual, the NHS, Local Government Ombudsman and HM Land Registry.
Loveitts of course are experts in site finding and in identifying opportunities for companies and businesses looking to relocate, as well as in negotiating the most favourable terms available in the market for both purchaser and tenant clients. Loveitts retains a city centre presence at the heart of Coventry (which is preparing to become the UK City of Culture in 2021) and recognises that the future is bright for the City. Loveitts is quite rightly proud of its history having celebrated its 175th birthday just last year and is thrilled to be part of Coventry’s irresistibly exciting future.
