Dear Mr Turner
I just wanted
to feedback how pleased we are with the customer service we have received from
Roxana, she has been truly amazing.
Starting with a
phone call last week where I talked to her about the type of property we were
looking to rent she clearly went the extra mile to find a place ideally suited
to our needs, as oppose to bombarding us with lists of houses to rent.
Despite me missing a number of call that she made to my mobile because I was
working, she continued to try and contact me and I am so pleased she did.
Within a week I found myself viewing the perfect property. During the
viewing itself she was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my queries
professionally. She really does have a lovely manner. I was also really
impressed by the fact that because I had booked a viewing she gave me first
refusal on the property and didn’t let to someone who was prepared to do that
without viewing…that shows good values in my book. As a result we
would definitely use your services again and recommend you to others.
I hope you
realise what a star member of staff you have. I would have her working
for me any day!

Further to our telephone conversation I wish to give notice
of my intention to leave the above property on 31st July 2015.The only reason for leaving is that now I don’t get home
from work until very late and I cannot find anywhere to park and can be walking
up to 3 streets from where I am parked, alone, late at night.My Landlord has been wonderful throughout the two years that
I have been there and it is a shame that I have to move because of the parking.Many thanks also to Loveitts for sorting the little problems
quickly over the two years. I would highly recommend your services to
