To ensure you can move in with minimal effort, all flooring is included in our new homes. The ground floor is a quality wood effect porcelain tile, upstairs and staircases are carpeted and all bathrooms are porcelain tiled.

Our homes are extremely energy efficient to keep them cosy and warm in the colder months. They are fitted with a Baxi Eco-blue +30 gas fired combi boiler. The ground floor is heated by contemporary underfloor heating, whilst the first floor offers traditional radiators. The living area hosts a 7-day programmable thermostat enabling you to take full control of your heating. For your peace of mind, our Baxi combi boilers come with a 7-year parts and labour warranty.

Our homes have chrome finished electrical sockets and light switches to continue the luxurious feel throughout. Some of these sockets will also have a USB port to enable swift charging of mobile phones and electronic devices. The downlighters in the kitchen and bathrooms are fitted with energy efficient 5W LED bulbs. Living rooms and bedrooms are all fitted with a BT & TV socket with the lounge also benefitting from wiring for SKY+ HD.

Internal doors will be modern ladder moulded pre finished in brilliant white satinwood paint and finished with chrome ironmongery. Skirting boards and architraves will also be finished in matching brilliant white satinwood paint. Windows are white UPVC triple glazed high thermal energy units. For properties with bi-fold doors, these are aluminium finished in dark grey (RAL7016).

External Features

Holbrooks local info

Holbrooks is a residential area of Coventry situated in the West Midlands. It is so named as it is historically home to four brooks or streams. Most of the length of the four brooks which pass through the area are now covered or culverted, the brooks then head off towards the river Sherbourne and the Sowe.
Under the terrain of Holbrooks (and surrounding areas) are several coal seams. These are known as the Warwickshire Thick and were mined from 1917 and until their eventual closure in 1991. In 1939, at its peak, a million tons of coal was being extracted per year from the local area.
Much of the Holbrooks housing was built between the wars. This then continued after the war, with several developments of private housing and council housing developments. Much of this land was previously farmland or for industrial use.
Today Holbrooks is close to the Ricoh Arena. The stadium, and the adjacent Arena Park Shopping Centre are served by Coventry Arena railway station, opened in 2016. The Arena is currently home to Coventry City FC and Wasps Rugby Union Club. The Arena Park Shopping Centre, on the Foleshill-Holbrooks border, features several national chain stores along with one of the largest Tesco stores in the country. A Morrisons store on Parkgate Road offers an alternative supermarket choice. The area's single surviving post office is located on Holbrook Lane.
