FORMER BAPTIST CHURCH UP FOR GRABS AT LOVEITTS AUCTION
A unique opportunity to purchase a former Baptist church will be available for property buyers at the upcoming Loveitts auction this month.

Situated in the much sought-after countryside village of Temple Grafton, the Grade II listed property is an ideal investment opportunity that has the potential to be used for a variety of uses.

The Baptist church has D1 vacant possession and has a guide price of £100,000 to £125,000.

With Temple Grafton situated just 6 miles to the west of Stratford-upon-Avon and a stone’s throw away from the A46 giving easy access to major roads, the former Baptist church is ideally located.

The historic property is among a number of impressive properties at the latest Loveitts auction that will take place on Thursday 17th May.

The auction team at Loveitts believe it will be the one of the most unique lots at the auction, which is being held at Coventry's Village Urban Resort Hotel, in Dolomite Avenue, on May 17th, starting at 6.30pm.

Loveitts’ Director and Auctioneer Sally Smith commented: “The Baptist church offers property hunters an exclusive opportunity to purchase a unique property in a historic village that dates back to pre-Norman times.

“This property is inevitably going to prove popular at our next auction and we’re expecting a great deal of interest from both property developers and commercial investors.”

“Properties such as the Baptist church once again proves that auctions provide excellent opportunities to purchase unusual and unique lots that have the potential for both private and commercial use.”

Other lots at the auction include a grade II listed house in Coventry's Tile Hill, a three-bedroomed end terraced property close to Warwick University, a plot of land in Leamington Spa’s Nursery Lane and a popular fish and chip shop – acclaimed for its crinkle chips in Nuneaton.
