Loveitts Estate Agents is extending its reach with the opening of a new expanded office in Nuneaton.
The centrally located offices based in Church Street opened this week and will further reinforce Loveitts’ position within the marketplace.
The decision to move to larger premises comes at a time when demand Loveitts range of services is at an all-time high. The offices will serve as Loveitts North Warwickshire hub to further accommodate its customers within the region.
Contributory factors include a rentals boom which has seen a wealth of new build properties, increasing job opportunities, top-rate schools and strong transport links with the rest of the UK contributing to its soaring popularity as an ideal place to live.
Investments such as the £6 million Horiba Mira project, the Virgin service to London which takes little more than an hour, and Nuneaton’s rapid expansion coupled with its affordable living costs mean the increasing demand for rental properties in the town is far outstripping supply. The increased demand for rentals led to the appointment of Linda Brannen earlier this year who had 16 years of lettings experience in the town.
In addition to servicing the ever-increasing lettings market, Loveitts also has experts on hand to deal with the full spectrum of Loveitts’ offering including residential sales, commercial, Property Auctions, surveying and block management.
Employing a team of 7 move to new premises will also create new job opportunities and has already resulted in the appointment of apprentice Lauren O’Donnell.
Loveitts expansion to its new Church Street office is yet another promising chapter in its proud 175-year long history.
Indeed, it forms part of an ongoing programme of investment by Loveitts which has seen the launch of The Loveitts Collection (TLC), the refurbishment of its Leamington office, the appointment of the new board and a number of other initiatives to improve the experience of both the house buyer and vendor.
John Pugh, Loveitts Director said: “Loveitts has always had a prominent presence in North Warwickshire and the new office will allow us to further expand and develop our offering to meet increasing demand. Nuneaton is a great market town and we look forward to increasing business levels and maintaining the exemplary levels of service to our clients for which we are renowned.
