Loveitts Extends Offering by Joining Auction House Network
9th November 2017
Coventry & Warwickshire’s longest established estate agent and auctioneer has joined forces with Auction House to further extend its offering.
With a pedigree spanning nearly 175 years, Loveitts carried out its first auction over 100 years ago and is today the region’s only auctioneer, supported by branches in Coventry, Nuneaton, Leamington and Southam.
Auction House is the UK's leading residential and commercial property auction company and joining its network of 40 auction rooms across the UK will provide Loveitts with a national footprint to provide greater accessibility to properties.
Buyers and sellers will have the benefit of extended national marketing coupled with the Loveitts service and expertise for which the company is renowned.
There will also be an increase in the number of lots being offered providing property seekers and investors from outside the area with an even greater opportunity to find their ideal property.
Never a business to stand still, this latest development will further reinforce Loveitts market leading position within the region.
Sally Smith, Loveitts Director and Auction Manager commented: “Becoming partners with Auction House is a hugely exciting development for Loveitts as it will enable us to showcase our own properties to a national audience as well as increase the number of lots we are able to offer our buyers.
Auction House Founding Director Roger Lake, said: “We are delighted to be associated with Loveitts. They are a significant player in the industry with decades of auction experience behind them. This move gives Auction House additional coverage, strengthening our operations in the Midlands in general, and in Coventry & Warwickshire.”
The next Loveitts auction will take place at the Village Urban Resort Hotel in Canley, Coventry on Thursday 23 November at 6.30pm at which there will be 24 lots comprising an exciting line-up of residential property and land.
