SBK Property Group Achieves Nationwide Reach Following Twin Acquisitions

SBK Property Group has significantly expanded its national presence following the acquisition of the Master franchise and North Wales franchise of Town & Country Property Auctions (TCPA), alongside the recent acquisition of specialist rural property agency Rural Scene.

The Midlands-based group, which was established following the success of Warwickshire-born land and property specialists Sheldon Bosley Knight, has strengthened its position in the UK property sector through the strategic acquisitions.

Building on the success of its existing Midlands-based auction operations, SBK Auctions and Auction House Loveitts, the acquisition of TCPA expands the group's geographic footprint across the UK and establishes it as the sixth-largest property auction business in the country.1

The acquisition of Rural Scene, a specialist rural lifestyle and equestrian property agency with a nationwide client base, further contributes towards the group’s expansion.

Mike Cleary, Co-founder and CEO of SBK Property Group, said:

"We are delighted to welcome both Town & Country Property Auctions and Rural Scene to the group. These acquisitions represent a major milestone in our growth strategy and further strengthen our ability to provide specialist property services at a national level."

"As market conditions continue to evolve, diversification is increasingly important. With nationwide coverage across our auctions and rural divisions we are now uniquely positioned to support a broad range of clients, from residential and rural property owners to landowners, investors and commercial clients. All properties are also added to our free-for-agents national portal www.seeitherefirst.co.uk. This combined expertise across the group enables us to offer a genuinely integrated end-to-end property service."

Town & Country Property Auctions was established in 2010 and has grown to a network of 14 franchise locations across the UK.

"Following a period of significant growth, we felt it was the right time to begin the next chapter of the business. We were looking for a partner with the vision, expertise and ambition to help accelerate our growth, and SBK Property Group was the obvious choice."   "Mike, Dan and the wider leadership team have a deep understanding of the property market and an impressive track record of business growth. We are excited about the opportunities this partnership will create for our franchise network, clients and colleagues."

Edward Oldrey, Director of Rural Scene, added:

"Joining SBK Property Group marks an exciting new chapter for Rural Scene. Our clients will continue to receive the same specialist advice and service from the team they know and trust, while benefiting from access to a wider range of complementary property services across the group."  "We believe this partnership will create significant opportunities for future growth while

ensuring we maintain the personal approach that Rural Scene is known for."
