Our dedicated lettings department focuses on providing landlords with the highest possible service from the point of marketing to the end process when a tenant vacates. The day to day involvement of managing a property can be time consuming but we can deal with this for you and leave you safe in the knowledge that your property is in good hands.

We offer rental guarantee insurance and a detailed inventory service which records the condition of a property prior to a tenancy, and as a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) we can register the deposit and ensure that you have complied with legislation. By managing the property we can also provide fully compliant tenancy agreements, statement of accounts, organize property repairs, routine inspection visits and landlords building insurance – all essential for the up keep of your property investment.
