All properties were sold within half an hour, and all were sold at well over the Guide Price. Kendall Head, Auctioneer, said, 'the Auction team worked really hard to set up this auction within such a short space of time, and that hard work paid off. The bidding was strong from several purchasers in the room, and we were delighted that all properties sold, and at well over their Guide Prices.'
