are now being invited for the next Auction House Midlands-wide auction, which
is returning to the room in December.
the group’s businesses are joining forces to hold a special pre-Christmas sale
– Birmingham & Black
Country, Coventry & Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire &
Shropshire, and Nottingham & Derbyshire.
Auction House Managing Director
Jeremy Prior said: “This is a unique opportunity for people to buy and sell a
wide range of properties from across the region - which stretches from
Stoke-on-Trent down to Northampton, and from Wolverhampton across to Leicester.
Never before have buyers had the chance to join us in the room and bid on lots
from such a wide geographical area.
“The Auction House Midlands auction will
bring together both buyers and sellers and you can already feel the excitement
of our clients to get up close and personal and once again experience the thrill
of live auctions.
“Our livestream auctions have proved
extremely popular and successful, but there’s something very special about the
atmosphere of an in-room auction. It’s also a great networking opportunity for
local property professionals, as well as reassuring for those new to the auction
arena to be able to talk directly to members of the auction teams and see a
live auction in action for themselves.”
The auction will be held on Thursday
8 December at 11am at Walsall Football Club in the West Midlands. It
will be a hybrid in-room and livestream event, where buyers can bid from the room,
by phone, proxy, online or from the comfort of their own home.
Lots already listed include seven properties
on the same road in Walsall – all of which are investment opportunities, and
some have the advantage of already being let, so they are available with a ready-made
The very first Midlands-wide auction
took place online back in June this year, during which the sale of 49 lots raised
over £6.5m (£6,519,000).
Jeremy Prior added: “Because we will
be taking bids in the room, by phone and live online, sellers can be assured
that our talented auctioneers will have the best opportunity to secure the best
possible price for each and every property.
“Right now, we encourage those who
want to take advantage of the speed and certainty of the auction process, to
register their property as soon as possible.”
