Loveitts are pleased to announce the opening of their new office in Bulkington - prominently located in Leicester Street the office opened for business on Monday 12th May 2014.
Peter Rosier, Managing Director at Loveitts, said that the firm were delighted to be opening in Bulkington, regarded as Warwickshire’s ‘largest village’, and commented that this was a clear illustration of Loveitts commitment for the future and further evidence of the firms' confidence in the continuing improvement in the property market. He said that a Bulkington office also fitted in well with the firm’s expansion plans in north Warwickshire following the opening of a highly successful branch office in Nuneaton in 2012.
The new office will be providing a comprehensive residential sales and lettings service and will be under the overall management of Chris Corbishley-Forbes, a highly experienced estate agent with many years local experience and already running Loveitts highly successful office in Nuneaton town centre. Chris will be assisted in Bulkington by Kim Showler, senior residential sales negotiator and Linda Hardy. The office will also be able to advise on commercial property matters and property auctions. Chris commented that the new office was looking forward to providing the people and businesses of Bulkington with the continuing professionalism and excellent standards of service for which Loveitts, as a firm, has established over many years.
