Two unique properties are set to go under the hammer later this month at the bi-monthly auction hosted by one of Warwickshire’s most established auctioneers.

Loveitts, which has offices in Coventry, Nuneaton and Leamington Spa, is hosting its second auction of the calendar year, with this month’s auction set to feature a total of 25 lots.

Among the wide variety of lots available for auction is a 3-bedroom mid-terrace residential property situated in a sought-after residential area in the market town Rugby, Warwickshire on Victoria Avenue.

Containing 3-bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen facilities with a garden and garage to the rear, the mid-terraced property requires some improvement throughout but is considered as an ideal investment opportunity for budding investors or first time buyers.
