Loveitts Estate Agents have been selling home locally since
1843 and we will be celebrating our 180th birthday this year with a
series of events aimed at showing our customers a more personal side of Loveitts
and showcasing how our skills and experience can help you! As a loyal reader of
our Land and New Home updates, we thought it was about time you got to know us
all a bit better!
John Pugh – Managing Director
As Managing Director of the firm and head of the Commercial
Department, I have been qualified as a Chartered Surveyor for over 35 years and
am a RICS Registered Valuer experienced in undertaking Red Book Valuations for
banks, lending institutions, private individuals, pension funds, Solicitors and
the Courts.
John’s favourite restaurant is Emperors in Leamington Spa as
he is partial to Chinese cuisine. He would also class himself as a real ale connoisseur
and loves trying out different regional and local beers. When not working he
enjoys tending his vegetable garden and participating in 10k running!
Sally Smith – Auctioneer and Director
Having nearly 30 years’ experience within the property industry
I am able to appraise and advise on all property, land and investments that may
be suitable for sale at Auction, giving best advice as to method of sale,
pricing and expected sale price.
I have a wide range of experience in the New Homes Industry,
from pricing and planning to selling and managing developments.
Outside of work Sally is a real homebird and loves the
creature comforts of home. Her favourite food is a home cooked roast with a cup
of tea! When not at home or work she can often be found at music festivals and
loves a weekend away.
Laura Wilson – Land & New Homes Manager
I have been in the property industry for more than 15 years
during which time I have worked for major developers within sales, project
management and customer care. I have run New Homes developments, carried out
home quality inspections and managed property sales through to handover. I have
managed corporate and independent estate agents across Warwickshire.
Laura’s favourite restaurant is Ashers in Solihul and her favourite type of food is Thai or Chinese. She loves a glass of wine to relax after work and prefers a Sauvignon or Rioja. Her favourite way to spend time is travelling and being with her family
Sallyanne Wykes – New Homes Manager
I have a rich and varied sales background including working
in Estate Agency and New Homes. A passion of mine is also marketing and research
and I have been extensively involved in blogging and marketing both established
properties and new homes. Most recently, for the past 5 – 6 years I have worked
in the new homes sector working for market-leading small and medium sized
developers.
Sally’s favourite restaurant is The Forge in Glenfield and
her favourite food is Indian or best of British. Her favourite tipple is diet
cola (she addicted!) and when not working she enjoys crafting, decorating and
live music.
Eve Pugh – Land & new Home Co-Ordinator
I have worked in
estate agency for over 10 years working for both corporate and independent
agents in Coventry and also in Kenilworth. I believe passionately in customer
care and that that independent local firms provide clients and buyers alike
with the best possible service.
Eve’s passion when it comes to food is all things Italian. She loves eating at La Coppola in Leamington where she chooses a French Bordeaux to accompany her pasta. In her free time, she enjoys long country walks – the hillier the better! She also loves something a bit further afield with foreign holidays in the sun where she can be found swimming in the sea.
