With the introduction of the Government’s Help to Buy scheme having been rolled out on second-hand homes from 7 October, the Nuneaton office have agreed their first “Help to Buy” sale.
Both the seller and purchaser are taking advantage of the scheme, with the seller has only a 5% deposit after fees they were waiting until the New Year, but with David Cameron’s announcement at the end of September that the Government were bringing the scheme forward they decided to act quick and get their property on the market.
Within 72 hours a sale was agreed to a first-time buyer also taking advantage of the scheme.
