For the second year running (no pun intended!) Loveitts will be entering a team into the Kenilworth Rotary Two Castles Run with the intention of raising as much sponsorship money as possible for the local Myton Hospice charity.

Myton Hospice in Coventry, Warwick and Rugby provide invaluable in-patient daycare to over 2,000 local people each year who are living with life-limiting illnesses. At these most traumatic of times, the dedicated team at the Myton Hospice is there to provide reassurance and support to patients, family members and loved ones alike.

All care is provided free of charge but if this work is to continue a hugely challenging £6.1 million needs to be raised each year, hence Loveitts decision to participate again in the Two Castles Run which is to take place in June.

The run itself is a 10k event starting at Warwick Castle and Finishing inside the gates at Kenilworth Castle. The course stats indicate a 55m total ascent (29m net) which suggest that the course is largely uphill!

This year the Loveitts team will consist of John Pugh (Partner), Pam Wattam (Office Manager, Leamington), Marc Atkins (Commercial Negotiator), James Cole (Leamington Negotiator), Merrie Dalton (PA) and Chris Edsall (Commercial Management Surveyor).

The aim on the day (apart from finishing!) will be to better last year’s total of over £1,500 raised by Loveitts for the charity. Please speak with John Pugh at our Coventry Office if you wish to sponsor the Loveitts team in the event.
