LATEST AUCTION NEWS

Loveitts Auctioneers had their Summer Auction recently and the demand for properties via Auction is certainly proving to be a great method of achieving a sale and a great alternative to selling on the open market.

Loveitts held their bi-monthly Auction a week last Wednesday at the Allesley Hotel in Coventry, which was well attended by over 250 people. Sally Smith, Auction Manager, and Associate Director at Loveitts said ‘we were really encouraged by the number of people that attended. There were more people bidding in the room and this led to some serious competition between bidders. The Lots offered were spread over the region as far north as Hinckley and as far south as Leamington Spa, which meant that there were potential purchasers not only from Coventry but from around the area too’.

Loveitts success rates for this year are well above the national averages and it just goes to show that there are buyers out there, and the combination of correctly priced properties, intensive and through marketing, can certainly produce some fantastic results.

Kendall Head, Loveitts Director and Auctioneer added ‘with the amount of marketing that Loveitts undertake, we have to have the confidence that each and every Lot is marketing to the maximum. That is how we ensure that so many potential purchasers actually attend our Auction. We were very pleased with the attendance and the overall success. We have 2 new additions to our team in Coventry who are proving to be invaluable, Mandy Boon and Amy Newell have certainly made an impact in ensuring the success of the department’.

Loveitts are currently taking Lots for their next Auction on 26th September. For further information please call 02476 527789 or visit Loveitts new website at www.loveitts.co.uk.
