In the five months from March 2015, the branch managed to secure an average of 100.7% of asking prices. Although the market is very strong at the moment to average over the asking price on a five-month period is exceptionally impressive. This is even admirable when the branch took just 14.5 days on average to secure a sale from the point of a client's instructions. The quality shines through even more so when you discover that 80% of those properties instructed have gone onto exchange contracts showing that the branch are dealing with the right buyers for their clients.
