Loveitts are pleased to announce their recent appointment by Warwickshire County Council as agents in the sale of a number of libraries and information centres which have been identified for closure as part of a local rationalisation programme.
The libraries and information centres are to be sold are located in Binley Woods, Bedworth Heath, Baddesley Ensor/Grendon and Kingsbury and offer potential for a variety of other community uses and also redevelopment (subject to Local Authority consent).
This page-turning appointment follows the earlier success of Loveitts in securing instructions from the Warwickshire County Council and also Warwickshire Police in the sale of the former Magistrates Court and Police Station site in Atherstone, a site which is now under offer.
Another successful chapter is anticipated with the proposed library sales which we feel are sure to attract significant local interest.
