In three very short months, Loveitts have established themselves as a major player in the Nuneaton property market with the recent opening of their new office and the residential ‘For Sale’ stock level already approaching 50.
In addition, the Nuneaton team has secured a significant number of new lettings instructions together with a variety of new commercial agency instructions to add to what is already a substantial portfolio of commercial and residential property being managed from the office.
On Loveitts’ arrival in Nuneaton, the Directors presented a cheque for £250.00 to the Borough Council towards a recently established fund dedicated towards the provision of new Christmas lights for the Festive Season. The donation was warmly welcomed by Council Leader, Dennis Harvey, who reiterated his thanks to Loveitts in a further statement made last week.
