Today is VJ Day and
the 80th anniversary of Japan’s surrender to the Allied forces,
marking the end of WW2.
Staff in our Coventry
office have pulled out all the stops and decorated their window with bunting
and flags to mark this historic day.
Over 90,000 British
troops were casualties in the war against Japan, including 30,000 who died and
37,500 who were held as prisoners of war. Today we remember them and all those who gave so much to
enable our freedom.
