Loveitts are pleased to introduce Mark Treadwell to the firm who will be further enhancing the commercial department within the firm. Mark has been in the property and construction industry since 2001, working for a civil engineering merchant before moving into the residential property management sector.
Mark has management experience in the building and construction industry whilst working for Cherwell District Council (which covers the Banbury & Bicester area). Whilst there he started training to become a Chartered Surveyor by undertaking a correspondence course with the College of Estate Management.
Mark obtained four years of experience with Warwickshire County Council within their estate management team which helped him gain MRICS status in 2011.
As a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Mark carries out surveys, valuations, sales and acquisitions, lease renewals and rent reviews – acting on behalf of either the landlord or tenant. Mark undertakes work across many classes of property, but principally commercial property. This includes but is not limited to; retail, office, industrial and development land.
Outside work Mark enjoys going to the gym and running as well as following a lot of sport, in particular, motorsport. However, in January Markis about to start his most important and exciting job to date; that of being a dad!
