New regional manager joins the lettings team

Chloe Warner has recently joined Sheldon Bosley Knight as regional lettings manager based in Coventry and Nuneaton. She’s worked in the lettings industry for more than 20 years and is passionate about her job. When she’s not helping our landlords and tenants, Chloe loves spending time with family and friends and shopping!

What is your role and what does your job entail?

My role is to support the managers and teams and help them when needed to make the office run more efficiently for all the team.

What did you do before joining Sheldon Bosley Knight?

Previously I was a lettings manager at Hunters for four years, but I have been in the industry for over 21 years.

How did you get into the property industry and how long have you worked within it?

I have always had an interest in the property sector and when I was younger I saw an advert for a trainee lettings negotiator so took the plunge and applied. Since then I have worked my way up and learned every role and aspect of the job which in turn has helped further my career.

What attracted you to working for Sheldon Bosley Knight?

It is a well-established company which genuinely cares about their clients and staff.

What’s the best bit about your job?

I really enjoy a challenge, and no day is the same.

What qualifications or training do you need to do this job?

I feel to truly understand all of lettings it is best to work your way up and learn all aspects of the different work roles and how it all pieces together. One of the main skills is to know how to relate to people but also to be able to manage your diary and workload, so organisation is key.

What motivates you to work hard?

My family. I want to feel I have worked hard to achieve the best I can to support and provide for them.

Who or what inspires you?

My nan. She raised me to have manners, treat others how you want to be treated yourself and to work hard.

What are your career goals?

I am very proud to of reached this point in my career and feel all my hard work has now paid off. Now I just what to be able to help and support others around me and help grow their branches.

What do you do when you are not at work?

I am a very sociable person who loves spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy eating out and I love shopping!

What is the best piece of career advice you have ever been given?

Never be afraid to push yourself and have goals.
