As 2019 nears its conclusion, we reflect on our fantastic year at Loveitts and endeavour to make certain that 2020 is a great year also.
Our many achievements over the past twelve months include the launch of Loveitts’ Online Property Auctions, multiple awards being won, staff appointments and of course our Managing Director’s charitable exploits amongst much, much, more.
Loveitts Online Property Auctions
Summer 2019 hosted the launch of Loveitts’ new Online Property Auctions, providing excellent accessibility to residential properties, commercial properties and land also. An understandably popular addition, let’s see what 2020 has in store for us!
Award Winners
Loveitts would like to say a massive congratulations to all who have received the recognition and reward that they so deserve this year, to be acknowledged alone is an achievement worthy of great pride.
The Lettings team at Loveitts Nuneaton scooped Gold in the first round of the British Property Awards. Loveitts Director Paul Barnes said:

Auction House Loveitts in Coventry and Warwickshire has won the Gold Award for Residential Auction Service Of The Year at the 2019 Negotiator Awards - recognised as the most significant awards programme for the UK property industry. Auctioneer Bryan Baxter who was in attendance to receive the award said:
“As far as the property industry is concerned, this is the equivalent of winning the ‘Oscars’! It’s an incredibly prestigious award and is yet another milestone achievement for the group.”
Our consistently high performing Coventry Residential Sales Team also won a fantastic award - huge well done and thank you team, the recognition and reward is truly, very well earned.
Staff Appointments
2019 has brought many new members to our fantastic team at Loveitts and internal alterations also, with recent appointments including Simon O’Brien as Senior Commercial Surveyor and Laura Wilson as Area New Homes Manager. Warm welcome to those new and continue the great work everyone!
John Pugh’s “Run My Lifetime Challenge”
Fundraising for Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, Loveitts Managing Director John Pugh’s “Run My Lifetime Challenge” involves him running 60 kilometres across six separate 10k events. Having successfully completed his first five, John has just the one to go before 1st May 2020, inspiring stuff. Keep it up, John!
