Congratulations to Roxana Ortega in our Southam branch on her recent success in passing her exams and becoming a Member of ARLA, achieve an NFoPP Level 2 Award in Residential Property Management Practice.
The Association of Residential Letting Agents are the foremost governing body for the lettings and management industry and applicants hoping to achieve membership must pass exams in Health and Safety, Security and General Law, Legal Aspects of Letting and Management, Residential Property Letting Practice, Residential Property Management Practice.
Roxana has four years’ experience in the industry and by passing these exams has helped prove her knowledge, experience and understanding of lettings and management, which is a great benefit to our landlords and tenants.
Roxana said: “I am very proud to have achieved this award. I enjoy working with landlords and tenants alike and by obtaining this qualification it will allow me to give more accurate guidance.”
