Loveitts Peter Rosier proudly present Scott Lindley with his Employee of the Year 2014 award for outstanding contribution to the firm.
Scott is 27 years old and joined Loveitts in 2011 after a spell in Manchester working as a Housing Officer. He graduated from University in Leeds in 2009 and is currently studying a RICS approved conversion course in Surveying with the College of Estate Management, which will lead to him becoming a Chartered Surveyor in the future.
At Loveitts, he is responsible for the management of the residential and commercial service charge portfolio and also deals with repairs and maintenance of client’s properties across both service charge properties and individual Landlords properties.
Scott was awarded Employee of the year, for his consistent approach to his work, positive attitude and ability to ‘just get on with it!’
