The bidding went well at the new Auction venue, and the final success was 89% SOLD!
There we over 170 people in the room on the night, and the bidding was vigorous on many of the Lots.
Overall, the Lots that we sold varied immensely from an allotment that was sold prior to the Auction, to an industrial unit that was sold the day after. Kendall Head (Auctioneer) said 'some of the biddings were slow to start, but once we got going on a couple of the Lots, the competition was hot! We were very pleased with the results, as were our sellers and buyers. Overall a very successful Auction. We are now looking forward to our next Auction on 21st March, at the same venue".
