The 'girls' in Southam Branch are delighted to welcome back Suzanne Horley who returned to work this month following maternity leave. She is back running the Lettings Department in Southam and is looking forward to further developing the business. If you are thinking of renting out a property, Suzanne would be delighted to hear from you. ‘It’s great to be back and I’m looking forward to meeting clients old and new and the challenges ahead’.
It is now readily understood by all, I’m sure, that we are living in unprecedented times – the recent coronavirus outbreak is impacting on economies and, more significantly, on people worldwide. I therefore just wanted to take this opportunity to provide some reassurance that we, at Loveitts, have a comprehensive business continuity policy in place (which will evolve as the circumstances dictate) so as to provide support and assistance to all our clients throughout.
With less than 90 days until the stamp duty holiday deadline ends, there are growing calls for an extension beyond 31 March after England entered a new nationwide lockdown and Loveitts supports this movement with over 50,000 signatures now put forward to the on line petition being lodged to the government.
