Coventry & Warwickshire estate agents Loveitts is revolutionising the housing market after installing the city's first interactive touch screen in its local branch window.
This new state-of-the-art technology – which works through glass – allows passers-by to view all of Loveitts' sales and lettings, from the pavement, 24 hours a day.
The high-resolution screen, which sits in the window of the Warwick Road, Coventry office, presents properties to the highest standard as well as allowing house-hunters to access maps and floor plans.
Users can even book viewings of homes as well as create a folder and have selected property details emailed directly to them.
The new screen, which is part of an ongoing programme of investment in new technology, has been sponsored by some of Loveitts’ recommended partners such as Cocks Lloyd Solicitors.
It has been branded an exciting step forward for the business by Director Sally Smith, who claims the new touch screen has already led to a rise in enquiries.
“We are delighted to have installed this new interactive touch screen into our Coventry branch,” she added. “This is an exciting development for the business and we believe we are the first estate agents in the city to embrace this new technology.
“Since it has been installed we have seen an increase in enquiries and we are confident that once more people hear about the touch screen, enquiries will rise even higher – which is of great benefit to buyers and sellers alike.
“We believe the interactive touch screen will revolutionise the housing market, making it easier and more convenient for anyone who is looking to buy or let a property in the area. The fact that users can access our full list of properties at any time of the day or night means that busy house-hunters no longer have to search for their perfect property during office hours.”
The new touch screen is the latest in a series of investments made by the business over the last 12 months. In addition to broadening its portfolio of services, Loveitts has invested substantially in new technology to include virtual reality tours as well as drones to broaden the appeal and accessibility of properties to potential buyers.
Sally added: “We are constantly looking at ways to improve the business to ensure that we remain at the forefront of the housing market.
“By raising the bar and improving our operations we not only ensure Loveitts remains Coventry and Warwickshire’s leading estate agent, we are also making sure that our clients receive a first-class service time and time again.”
