Loveitts are currently seeking an
enthusiastic and ambitious Chartered Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer who
is tired of hiding their light under a bushel and is now wanting to progress
their career to the next level by joining a small (and friendly) but growing
Commercial team. Loveitts are a highly regarded, professional, multi-disciplinary
practice which looks after everything ‘Property’ (Residential, Commercial,
Property Management, Professional, Land & New Homes and Auctions).
The successful candidate will be
based at our Head Office in Coventry (the UK’s City of Culture 2021) and will
enjoy a varied role principally encompassing professional valuations and rent
review/lease renewal work across the city, Warwickshire, the West Midlands and
beyond, with the opportunity also to undertake some agency work.
