Full time - £35,000 to - £40,000 PA We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic professional, to assist in the management of an extensive and expanding commercial property portfolio. This position will be based at our Coventry office at 29 Warwick Row, Coventry CV1 1DY, but you may also be required to work at any of our branches supporting the areas we cover. The successful candidate will be required to make site visits so access to own transport and a clean driving licence is essential. The role includes: Carrying out effective management for all aspects of the commercial property portfolio, including rented premise and service charges Communicating with clients on a regular basis. Carrying out periodic property inspections and reporting thereon. Assisting with managed property repair and maintenance enquiries, ensuring satisfactory completion of works and liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients and tenants. Negotiating assignment/subletting of leases, rent reviews and lease renewals Carrying out other reasonable duties from time to time as requested by the management. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years proven experience in the field of commercial property management and preferably have an RICS qualification, but this is not essential. They must also be computer literate, have knowledge of property management software and be a skilled communicator.
