Loveitts had their July auction at the DeVere Village Hotel in Canley Coventry and once again the room was full of potential purchasers.
Lot number 1 was a site on Barras Green in Coventry, comprising a former meat packaging warehouse and car wash facility. The bidding started slowly but then picked up the pace. with a Guide Price of £150,000 - £170,000 the site sold at a fantastic price of £229,000.
The family selling the site were absolutely delighted with the result, and were there at the auction to watch the competing bidders' fight it out'!
Kendall Head, Auctioneer said that the bidding was very strong with a telephone bidder and bidder in the room fighting over the property, with the telephone bidder finally winning the bid.
