I initially met Sally in January 2020 with a view to offering the property for sale in the March auction. However, due in part to Covid and also to problems from our side, this was not possible. The fabulous Auction team, and Sara in particular, stuck with it, and me, over many months. They generated so much interest from prospective purchasers and worked hard to maintain this interest. When we were finally in a position sell the property they pulled out all the stops to get it into the November auction, which was only three weeks away. They then managed to generate even more interest and throughout they kept me fully informed. Sara, Lisa and Harriet all combine efficiency to get the job done with a lovely human touch. This is the second family property we have sold at auction through Loveitts and I would not hesitate to recommend others to use your services. I used Loveitts to sell my mothers property. Jas came out the next day and by the following day it was up for sale with brilliant photographs and a virtual tour film done. Adam sold it on the first viewing. So all in all, from start to sale it took only a matter of days. Great guys, polite and nothing was too much trouble . I would recommend them to anyone.
