This was a probate sale and my first experience of selling at Auction. I felt very nervous prior to the process as I wanted to do the best by our family but Sara Herbert could not have been kinder. She met us at the property and spent an hour explaining the process and talking through options, which made us feel incredibly supported. She and her team kept us informed and involved every step of the way and were always at the end of the phone if we had questions. This was particularly appreciated as we live some distance away from Coventry. They even proactively organised a locksmith when the only key they had broke off in the door! We were unable to attend the live auction but we were all really pleased with the price we got and the auctioneer worked incredibly hard to ensure we got the best price. Post-sale, Richard from the team kept us informed as to progress and provided much reassurance to help with our nerves!
