Although I have been associated with Loveitts for a number of years on the Letting side of the business, this is the first time I have used their services to sell a property. A single phone call to enquire resulted in a next-day visit from Mr Paul Barnes who explained very clearly exactly what was required from us, and a likely timescale. He then said that our sale would be handled personally by Michelle Barnett who immediately rang me to introduce herself sounding both knowledgeable and friendly. Our sale completed today with the various hold-ups being sorted out by Michelle dealing personally with the Buyers and keeping things on track.
