We sold a house at auction through. They provided a great service, with Sally, Sara, Chloe and Lisa in particular working hard to advise us on selling via auction or traditional way, explain the auction process, advise on guide price, put us in touch with an EPC provider and marketing the property. Then on the day at auction the auctioneer was very impressive. Throughout the process, Loveitts were available for us if we needed to ask questions, they proactively kept us updated, and we were confident they were doing everything to get the best sale price for us. We also commissioned Emma at Loveitts to provide a RICS valuation, which was done promptly and professionally.
