I wanted to let you know how delighted we have been with the service from Loveitts. From our initial meeting with Gemma at the property way back in January our dealings with you all has been a pleasure. It has been our first time selling a property at auction and Sara and her team have explained matters clearly and moved things along efficiently. Now that the purchase of the freehold interest at 48 Spring Pool has been successfully completed I thought I should write and thank you and your colleagues at Loveitts for the advice and assistance you have given us throughout this matter. I first consulted you in February 2017 and asked for advice in connection with the price that we should pay for the purchase of the freehold at 48 Spring Pool where we held a long lease. We met at the property and you were then able to provide a very comprehensive report with regard to the relevant statutory provisions under the Leasehold Reform Act and our rights to purchase the freehold and also the anticipated value. The valuation provided certainly sounded much more favourable than those terms originally offered on an informal basis by the freeholder. On your advice we proceeded with instructing our solicitors to prepare and forward a formal Notice of Claim under the Leasehold Reform Act and following which you were able to satisfactorily negotiate terms with the freeholder on a very advantageous basis for us. The end result was much better than we originally hoped for and I would therefore like to say how pleased I was at the result you were able to obtain on our behalf. Your office is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in such matters and I would have no hesitation in recommending your services in this area of work without reservation. It was always a pleasure to talk to you as you were always so positive in your approach to this protracted business. Thank you once again for all your efforts on our behalf.
