The law has not been allowed to allow tenants to keep pets
despite misleading stories in the news in the past few weeks.
The government have changed their advice and guidance to
make it more favourable for landlords to accept pets in their property but no changes
have been legally made.
If a tenant does have a pet, Loveitts are happy to consider
this and propose to the landlord.
However, as things currently stand it is still acceptance from the
landlord and signing of a robust pet policy.
